Escrow

If you want to move forward on a property after completing your due diligence, simply sign the agreement we send within two hours of receiving it, and we'll take care of the paperwork. Once that's done, all you need to do is send 3% certified non-refundable deposit (either by check or wire transfer) directly to the title company.
